 RDF Food Catering is owned and operated by Rafael D. Fajardo and Carina Valdes-Fajardo. We are a family-run catering service committed to providing you with a fine dining menu and presentation, exceptional service at affordable price. Chef Rafael has extensive experience in the food industry. In 2002, he opened Tidal Wave Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar in Old Town Monrovia and received a Zagat rating. In 2006, after the sale of the the TidalWave  restaurant, he started production of his own signature salad dressings. And since 2007, Chef Rafael continues his passion for cooking and commitment to excellence in flavor through RDF Food Catering.
